JESS Harding has shown off her impressive weight loss just one week after hiring a personal trainer.
The former Love Island winner, 23, took to Instagram to share the before and after snaps and admitted she's "proper proud" of herself.
Jess' photos showed her standing to the side, revealing a more toned tummy and bum in the second snap.
She wrote: "1 week and how much of a difference has it made."
Tagging her PT, Jess added: "Thanks @coachedbyaq for being so good with me."
The weight loss comes after Jess was cruelly fat-shamed by trolls over a recent bikini snap.

Jess previously shared a screenshot on her story of a troll responding to her bikini beach snapshots.
They wrote: "Fat sl*t."
Another comment read: "Mucky cow."
On a picture where Jess showed the scenery, the troll wrote: "Can't notice because you're blocking the full screen you big chunker."
After receiving an outpour of support from fans, Jess updated her followers with another post that read: "Thank you for all your lovely messages!!!"
Jess rose to fame after joining the tenth series of Love Island.
There she met Sammy Root and the pair ended up winning the show.
Sammy and Jess dated from two months before going their separate ways.
