BBC Breakfast in major hosting shake up as Naga Munchetty is absent AGAIN while co-star is also replaced
VIEWERS tuning in to BBC Breakfast this morning will have noticed a hosting shake up as Naga Munchetty was absent from the red sofa again.
The popular BBC anchor regularly features on the rolling news programme on Thursdays alongside Charlie Stayt.
However, she was noticeably absent from screens today, and 6 am BBC Breakfast viewers were greeted by Charlie and Nina Warhurst instead.
This comes after Naga, 48, went missing from the morning slot for three days in a row last week.
Nina has taken turns replacing her, along with Rachel Burden.
Also notably absent today was fan favourite weather presenter Carol Kirkwood.

Gemma Plumb stood in for her, sharing that milder weather is coming to the UK over the upcoming days.
The beloved Scot also had a weathercaster stand in for her last Friday.
It is unclear why Carol has been off, but Naga updated fans on an upcoming change a few weeks ago.
She joined the broadcaster back in 2010, taking up her role on the programme's iconic red sofa four years later.
Now she has revealed a new guest host gig on Have I Got News For You - which has seen her swap early morning starts for late nights.
