Taking to TikTok, the mum-of-two said: "Alright, so it's another winter, and as usual, UK is dealing with the same b******t.

"So I'm gonna be starting the whole how to stay warm without using any central heating series."

In the past, Klaire has explained that she went four winters without any heating.

This means she has become a pro at staying warm for cheap and has taken to sharing her hacks on social media.

While most people know the basics on layering, Klaire revealed it might not be worth getting pricey wool thermals to wear underneath your clothes.

She added they tend to rip apart after a couple of months so it was worth going for a cheaper alternative that you won't mind replacing.

Klaire said it was also important to make sure your first layer was a natural material like cotton as this will help absorb any sweat.

"Because when you're cold and you're shivering, that sweat stays there, and then things start to fester, for lack of a better word," she explained.

"And then you are going to get a cold rash, which, let me tell you, is extremely painful."

The mum also revealed the best place to buy them from, which was Matalan.

She continued: "These Are just £5 men's shirts from Matalan.

"I don't like the women's ones, they're £8 and they're c**p."

"The men's ones are better quality, they're cheaper, and they last literally for years.

"I think I bought this one three years ago, and I wear this a lot."

On the Matalan website, the T-shirt is available in 17 colours and has over 4.6 stars from reviewers.

The budget-friendly buy is also currently on sale for £3.50, perfect if you need to stock up now.

The description reads: "Styled with short sleeves and a simple crew neckline, it comes in a relaxed regular fit and is made from 100 per cent cotton for soft comfort.

"Layer under shirts on cooler days, or throw it on with your favourite jeans and a hoodie for easy weekend wear."

Klaire's heating hack series has been a hit on TikTok (@klairedelysofficial) as many avoid putting their heating on to avoid the rise in energy costs.

People were quick to take to the comments sharing their own hacks and thanking Klaire for hers.

One person wrote: "I so appreciate this. I'm in debt to my energy company that I can't repay so turned off boiler at Christmas. We don't have hot water or heating."

Another commented: "Primark men's tees are £3. Gym membership + showering there helps cut down on hot water bills. It also gives you a warm place to go."

"So helpful thankyou," penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: "Fake oodies. The double lined ones, got mine for £5 in a sale. Stick them over most outfits and it’s like a walking duvet."
