Emmerdale fans call out outrageous blunder as Dawn Taylor gives birth to adorable baby boy
EMMERDALE fans noticed a blunder in the most recent episode when Dawn Taylor gave birth to her baby boy.
The fan favourite had dreamed of an assisted home birth during her pregnancy, but the reality turned out to be messier than she expected as her contractions started during the village Christmas fair.
Dawn had to be helped through the initial pains by her arch enemy Aaron Dingle before her husband Billy Fletcher arrived to rush her home.
Thankfully that was the only stage of the birthing process that didn't go according to plan.
Billy turned out to be instrumental by distracting his wife during the difficult labour by singing songs to take her mind off the contractions as the midwife prepped the birthing pool.
Sharing that moment brought the couple closer together, and Kim Tate left them to it as her and Will realised their help was not needed.

Dawn was adamant that she did not want to risk relapsing back into her drug addiction and so avoided taking any pain medication during the birth.
The new mum managed to stick to her guns and baby Evan was brought into the world healthy and happy.
Although viewers were delighted to see the new addition to the Home Farm family, several pointed out that there had been a big blunder as the adorable boy was born.
One person sighed: "Come on Emmerdale. A baby born with no umbilical cord is ridiculous."
Another hit out: "A baby born with NO umbilical cord, only in Emmerdale!"
A third laughed: "A baby born without an umbilical cord, a Christmas miracle!"
One fan joked: "Fastest birth I’ve ever seen by Dawn - almost heard the ‘pop’ - no umbilical cord either, apparently the NHS is now phasing them out."
