A CASH-SAVVY interiors fanatic has left people open-mouthed after sharing a budget-friendly hallway makeover that included using IKEA bargains.
Amazon fan Anna, from the UK, took to TikTok to prove you don't always need to spend thousands to give your home a transformation - sometimes, you can achieve jaw-dropping results on the cheap.
Instead of adding wooden panels to the wall or painting it, Anna decided to use a different approach - by sticking on square mirrors she had bagged from IKEA.
Impressed by just how effective this ''mirror hack'' was, the shopper demonstrated the process of the project, the total costs of which came to ''under £50''.
To begin with, Anna measured the white all and used a tape to create a large rectangular shape in the middle of it.
She then, the video showed, went over with a dark navy paint on top and then began to carefully plan the mirror placement, following a 2cm guide and a spirit level.

''Measuring, marking and levelling as I went - this is so important to make sure that the whole mirror is levelled.''
Sharing the demo on her page, where she's won over 610k fans, Anna advised to be extra careful with the mirrors, as the back is very sticky and once the mirror is on, you'll find it difficult to remove it in case the placement isn't even.
''Top piece of advice is to actually start from the top first and then work your way down to the bottom,'' Anna added a tip.
''I completely messed up my measurements and I didn't have an even 2cm gap in-between.
''I ended up having to repaint some of the top of the block white - and it would've been so much easier to do this at the bottom than at the top.''
Despite the mini blunder, the makeover was stunning, as fellow home interior fans raced to praise Anna.
One thanked: ''Looks amazing. Also love the honesty that it didn't go well at first. It makes the experience more real for us.''
''Yes, I'm going to try it, it looks lovely,'' another was keen to give the mirror hack a go too.
A mum chimed in: ''It’s gorgeous, bravo! But I’m concerned about my kids smacking into one and glass going everywhere.''
''This looks so dope,'' a fourth penned.
''It looks fantastic, not for me, but I think it looks great,'' a social media user wrote.

The reviews have also been positive, with one writing: ''This was so useful for a quick mirror with no need to drill in our second bathroom!
''I will say when you step back from the mirrors, the view is a bit distorted but honestly love it!''
However, some advised to best not waste your money after suffering a major fail with the £5 bargain buy.
A disappointed customer warned: ''They hung for about 30 seconds and they all fell down.

''Even held them on the wall for at least 30 seconds. TWO have smashed.
''Do not recommend using the tape provided unless you want seven years bad luck.''
