Our Yorkshire Farm’s Amanda Owen bags new job after short-lived TV return with Helen Skelton
OUR Yorkshire Farm's Amanda Owen has only gone and bagged herself a new job.
The personality recently returned to TV screens alongside Strictly Come Dancing star Helen Skelton.
Last month Amanda, 49, made a huge comeback after practically shunning social media and an absence from TV.
And now things seem to be going from strength to strength as it has been announced the star will have a new high-profile role.
The Channel 5 star is set to play an important 2024 Harrogate Dog Show as she joins the panel of judges.
It will take place this coming weekend at the Victoria Shopping Centre Piazza in Harrogate on Saturday (April 13).

The exciting news was announced on the event's official Instagram account.
The post read: “DOG SHOW STAR JUDGE ANNOUNCEMENT.
"We're delighted to announce that the Yorkshire Shepherdess Amanda Owen will be the star judge for this year's Harrogate Dog Show!"
They added: "Well-known for her time on TV shows such as 'Our Yorkshire Farm', Amanda will use her expertise to judge the categories on the day."
Guests will witness lines of groomed and trained pooches line up to be judged by the TV star as she gives her verdicts on each category.
She will no doubt be very much at home in her new gig, as she is a natural lover of animals and nature.
As seen on the show, the shepherdess brought up her nine children in the same way.
After her divorce from ex-husband Clive Owen in 2022, it was announced that Channel 5 axed their hit family factual series.
But on a recent instalment on A Yorkshire Farm, the Yorkshire Shepherdess was spotted with Helen Skelton, 40.
The Huddersfield mum-of-nine - who still lives at Ravenseat farm in Yorkshire - was called to help assist co-star Jules Hudson at the Nicholson Family farm back in March.
On the same show, she also presented a segment about nettle gathering at Saltburn Valley Gardens.
Her surprise appearance marked the first time she was seen on Channel 5 since the shock axing.
The last time she appeared on the small screen came on Real Farming Lives, a show for Channel 4's More 4.
