The 48-year-old was presenting the hit ITV show, alongside his co-star, Declan Donnelly, when the insect crawled across his shirt.
Ant appeared blissfully unaware but several eagle-eyed viewers noticed and took straight to X, formerly twitter.
One fan wrote: "Did Anyone else notice the cockroach on Ant's shirt."
Another added: "Omg who saw that insect on Ant on his collar omg."

The Geordie Duo are currently down under hosting the nail-biting series.
They opened Thursday night's show with an apparent dig at Jamie Lynn Spears and Grace Dent, following their exits.
Grace left the show earlier this week due to 'medical reasons'.
The MasterChef star has since returned to the UK to recover. The jungle also lost Jamie this week due to 'medical reasons'.
Following both exits, Ant and Dec took a cheeky swipe.
Walking into the studio, Dec told viewers: "Welcome to a historic day here in Australia and the big news is nobody has walked out of the jungle for a whole 24 hours."
Continuing the gag, Ant added: "I mean I'll be honest the weather has been so bad this year me and Dec have thought about leaving!"
