But Afton's more likely to be found backstage at a pageant than in the jungle.
The 23-year-old is a singer, actor and dancer, as well as a pageant queen - having won the Miss Grand Scotland pageant, as well as becoming a Miss Grand United Kingdom finalist.
She's also a champion Latin and ballroom dancer, fitness and movement coach - helping other wannabe pageant queens - and published author.
And when she's not back in the UK, she's travelling around the world - Afton's lived in seven different countries and is fluent in three languages.
But she moved back to London recently to spend more time with her mum - You Are What you Eat star Gillian McKeith.

Afton regularly posts pictures and videos of herself and her mum on her social media pages, including a recent outing where they sported the same Barbie-inspired outfits.
And Gillian is fully behind her multi-talented daughter's bid for fame.
It was reported earlier this year that Afton was in talks to go on Love Island - with Gillian apparently leading discussions.
According to reports, ITV bosses were hoping that she would open up about life as the daughter of the poo-inspecting nutritionist, as well as her fling with Brooklyn Beckham.
It's believed that Afton and Brooklyn dated between his flings with Madison Beer and Chloe Grace Moretz.
He's now happily married to Nicola Peltz Beckham.
"I actually bumped into him not so long ago in Los Angeles at my local supermarket - Erewhon - and her as well," Afton previously told The Sun.
"You know, they seem good. I wish them the best. I hope they have a really long and happy marriage."
Her mum Gillian had a memorable time in the jungle when she took part in I'm a Celebrity back in 2010.
Viewers will remember her frequent fainting spells, which occurred when she was chosen to participate in task after task.
And videos of Gillian's fainting episodes have since gone viral, with people stitching them on TikTok.
Gillian returned to the jungle, this time in South Africa, for ITV spin off show I'm A Celebrity All-Stars earlier this year.
She received six-figures to appear on the programme, but was the first to leave - alongside Shaun Ryder.
