Nigel Farage takes a swipe at ITV as he hits out at I’m A Celebrity bosses over naked shower
NIGEL Farage has taken a swipe at ITV, claiming he wasn’t the only celeb to shower naked.
The former UKIP leader hit headlines during his time in the jungle for breaking I’m A Celebrity rules by stripping off to wash.
Following his exit last night, after coming in third place, Nigel insisted that he was singled out by producers, who decided to show his bare bum.
He told GB News: “I was told that I shouldn't be naked. And yet the doctor said, personal hygiene really matters in the jungle, checking yourself for horrors like leeches matter.
“You're not going to do that unless you are naked so I ignored what ITV said. And I continued to shower naked every day.
“Interestingly, many other campmates did the same. Only I got the publicity, but you know something? I couldn't care less.”

It was jockey Frankie Dettori who first told how Nigel had broken the rules, saying: "We were told to keep our swimmers on!”
He told The Sun that most of the celebs back in camp had no clue about Nigel's au naturel moment.
Frankie explained: "The shower is miles away from the camp so we don't know what's going on. I am not going to go and spy on Nigel's butt!"
While Nigel was in the jungle it was revealed that his legal team complained to ITV about repeatedly showing him naked.
The Brexit supporter's aides claimed there was an ‘indecency’ clause in his contract, which was supposed to ban bosses from showing him with his kit off.
ITV confirmed they had received a complaint but stated there was nothing in his contract stopping him being showed naked.
Meanwhile Nigel, who was paid £1.5million for his time in the jungle, said about his time on the show: “I'm delighted with the way that it turned out, thrilled that I got through to the last round, and I was the outsider.
"The other 11 people that went in there were either professional sportsmen or people from pop music or popular culture."
