THE Traitors has made a triumphant return to TV, with a batch of hopefuls all taking part in the famous game.

Contestants compete for a huge cash prize, but not everyone will last to the end, with some people being murdered and some banished.

Who has left The Traitors so far?

The Traitors season 2 started with 22 contestants taking part in the BBC reality show.

But not all of them go the distance - some of them will be murdered by the Traitors, while some will be banished by the Faithful.

The group of contestants are competing for the chance to walk away with a huge cash prize.

While navigating through a series of challenges, the team are also tasked with figuring out who the Traitors are in the group.

Each night, the Traitors gather to "murder" one of the Faithful, removing them from the competition

Meanwhile, the traitors can be "banished" if they’re successfully outed as a traitor by a Faithful

The second series of The Traitors kicked off at the beginning of 2024, and has already seen a number of people exiled from the castle.

Who are the Traitors in season 2?

A small group of contestants become the titular "Traitors".
