Viewers were left scratching their heads as a strange crossover unfolded on Sky.

Viewers casually tuned in to channel on a Thursday evening, flipping through it's ITV shows.

However they quickly noticed that the pictures and titles for Coronation Street and Celebrity Big Brother were oddly mixed up.

The iconic Rovers Return picture made an unexpected appearance on Celebrity Big Brother, sending social media into a meltdown.

ITV fans were quick to point out the unusual mix-up, on social media.

Many took to X/Twitter to express their disbelief at the glaring blunder.

One shocked viewer penned: "Did anyone else spot the Rovers Return picture on Celebrity Big Brother? What on earth is going on with ITV tonight?"

Another added: "I thought I was seeing things when I saw the Rovers Return on Celebrity Big Brother. Someone at ITV must have hit the wrong button!"

A third complained: "Epic fail on Sky."

Elsewhere on ITV, Paddy McGuinness made his long awaited return to This Morning today to host alongside Alison Hammond.

Kicking of the programme Paddy joked with Alison that their time on-air could be short-lived as he joked that he had regular host Dermot O'Leary "tied up" backstage.

He said: "I'm giving us 20 minutes before we're taken off air. I've had to put another T-shirt on because my nipples have got a mind of their own and I've got Dermot O'Leary and Ben Shephard tied up in my dressing room.

"That's how I like it! We've got a corker for you today."
