A third added: "It's Ben and Nina today."

BBC Breakfast fans furious as stand-in host Rachel Burden makes huge error

Carol told viewers the week ahead will be 'unsettled' with 'spells of wind and rain', 'turning very mild'.

Most recently, BBC Breakfast suffered another presenter shake-up as Jon went missing from screens.

Sally had to front the programme alongside BBC Breakfast resident, Ben.

Jon was nowhere to be seen on the show and no reason for his absence was given.

Ben, 43, is no newcomer to hosting the show and has taken on the role numerous times before.

He has replaced Jon on two further separate occasions during the course of the last two months.

Elsewhere on BBC Breakfast, fans were less than impressed after host Rachel Burden made a major on-air blunder.

The BBC Radio 5 Live anchor, who has been a substitute on BBC Breakfast since 2015, co-hosted the Easter Sunday episode with Ben.

The duo presented extensive coverage of the aftermath of Saturday's annual Oxford v Cambridge Boat Race, including some of the sickness faced by the crew.

Yet when Rachel accidentally declared Oxford the winners of the Men's River Thames clash - as opposed to actual champs Cambridge - viewers were quick to call her out.
