Tesco shoppers gobsmacked as they spot huge pop star pitching in to help staff out in the supermarket
TESCO shoppers couldn't believe their eyes after spotting a very famous face in store.
Ronan Keating had bought his guitar and serenaded shoppers in the mobile phone section of the shop.
In a clip, he was taking requests from customers and sang versions of his classic songs with a twist.
After asking a shopper where she was going on holiday, he worked Budapest into Lovin' Each Day and then Barcelona into Life is a Rollercoaster for another fan.
One told him that she was going to Paris, which he managed to sing about in When You Say Nothing at All.
He was in the Hemel Hempstead branch after partnering up with Tesco Mobile as their new roaming ambassador.

He is set to tour some more of the brand's locations across the country to surprise customers.
"Not me doing my shopping and stumbling across Ronan Keating in Tesco Mobile Hemel Hempstead,” one wrote.
"OMG! just seen @rokeating in @tescomobile that's brightened up my Blue Monday!" another said.
"Omg loved this x" echoed a third while a fourth wrote: " if Ronan is in Tesco whitstable I swear i will never ever forgive you".
Ronan shared the video on his own socials, as well as his own announcement on working with Tesco.
"Well the news is finally out, I'm Tesco Mobile's official roaming ambassador," he said before plugging the brand's deals on travel.
He joked that fans can call him "Roaming Keating".
The singer had also been hanging out holiday vouchers to shoppers.
"For those who found me in your Tesco Mobile store today - thank you for such a fun day, and for those who missed me don't worry I will be roaming again at the end of the week and who knows, maybe I'll be coming to your local Tesco Mobile store next."
Despite his cheerfulness, in another of his stories he took a moment to mark 6 months since his brother had passed away.
"6 months. Getting harder not easier. Still can't understand it. Heart aches," he wrote beside a photo of him and Ciaran.
The singer, 46, had his life turned upside down in July last year after his brother was killed in a horror car crash.
Ciaran, a car salesman who was in his 50s, had been driving to watch his son Ruairi, 28, play football for Cork City on Saturday afternoon when he collided with another car at Ballymiles, Co Mayo.
Also in the vehicle was his teacher wife Ann Marie, who was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the second car is in a serious condition, while their passenger was also injured.
Former Boyzone star Ronan, a dad of five, had earlier been playing golf on Saturday with wife Storm, 41, in St Albans, Herts.
He left her and their kids at their Hertfordshire mansion and dropped TV commitments after being informed of the tragedy, The Sun understands.
The news came after he appeared as a coach on the pre-recorded final of The Voice Kids.
Ciaran died on the N5, at a stretch of road known as an accident black spot.
Dublin-born Ronan is the youngest of five children — with one sister, Linda, and three brothers, Ciaran, Gerard and Gary.
Ciaran, who lived in Louisburgh, Co Mayo, helped to set up the Marie Keating Foundation, after the death of their mother from breast cancer in 1998.
The foundation said it was devastated at the news, adding: “Ciaran was such a great supporter of our work and often acted as relief driver of our Mobile Information Unit in the West when time allowed
"He joined us recently to celebrate 25 years of the foundation at our annual celebrity golf classic.”
Cork City FC said: “We extend our deepest sympathies to Ruairi and the entire Keating family.”
Local councillor John O’Malley said of Ciaran: “Everyone is shocked and saddened by the awful news.
“He was highly regarded by all who knew him here and we are thinking of his wife and children.”
