If you loved yesterday's Reverse Cowgirl, The Full Nelson takes that idea - and then dials it up even further.

You start in the exact same way, however then the receiving partner, who is on top, lies back and puts their legs up to create a V shape.

Then it's over to the penetrating partner who needs to wrap their arms around the top of their lover’s legs, holding them back with their elbows and locking their fingers behind the top person’s neck.

While more commonly used for vaginal penetration, this position can be also adapted for anal penetration.

But the Full Nelson, which gets its name from a now banned wrestling move, is definitely not for the faint-hearted.

As well as having been described by some sexperts as "BDSM" for beginners, experts have warned about some health risks.

Firstly, the partner on the bottom has to carry the entire weight of the person on top, while the other participant's neck position could result in shallower breathing.

There is also a chance of penis injury, again due to the penetrating partner holding the entire weight of the receiving partner.

Yet the biggest risk is possible neck injury to the person on top.

Therefore it is important that the penetrating partner must take precautions not to push too hard on their partner’s neck.

However, when done safely and correctly you can expect greater G-spot stimulation - and real fireworks between the sheets.

Plus, it acts as a real core workout for couples who like challenging their flexibility.
