Sharon Osbourne officially signs up for Celebrity Big Brother – but there’s a savage twist
Sharon Osbourne can be revealed as the 13th name on the Celebrity Big Brother line up.
However, insiders say former X Factor legend's fee was too expensive for ITV, meaning she'll be making a shorter appearance than her co-stars.
A source said: “Sharon is a guest housemate and won’t be going in on launch night.
“Instead she will come in once the show has started and will be there for a few days.
“The fee she wanted was eye-watering and in the end they struck a deal which meant she would go in for a shorter run.
“It’s worked out well for everyone as she will inject some drama when she finally walks through the doors.”

The Sun on Sunday first revealed that Sharon was in talks to reunite with her X Factor pal Louis Walsh on the show.
Fellow judge Louis, also 71, has reportedly reached a deal to enter the CBB house — so it would be the first time in seven years they have been on screen together.
Others signed up include Kate Middleton's uncle Gary Goldsmith, ex-This Morning host Fern Britton, 66, and Love islander Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, 29.
The Sun revealed yesterday that Brad Riches and Nikita Kuzmin would also be heading in.
Sharon recently opened up about losing three stone using fat-melting jab Ozempic but claimed she needed to put weight back on.
She said; “I started using it in November last year. I was 142lb [10st 2lb] when I started using it. For the first two or three weeks
"I felt very nauseous.
"The nausea went away, but once you’re on it you don’t feel hungry and you don’t eat.
"It’s not talked about but you can get a blockage in your bowel. I haven’t been on it for three or four months.
"My weight has stabilised. I went down to about 97lb [6st 13lb] and it was like, 'Oh no.' I needed to put some weight back on, which I have.”
Celebrity Big Brother kicks off on Monday 4th March.
