The first-time mum, who uses her TikTok account to share "honest mum advice/experiences," took to social media (@natalie0203_) to share several photos shortly after she went into labour and welcomed her daughter into the world.

"Leaving the hospital with my baby girl, looking forward to NOT being pregnant ever AGAIN…" she says.

Natalie then shared a sweet video of her partner carrying their newborn baby out of the hospital in a baby carrier.

However, moments later, she posted a photo of a positive pregnancy test that was taken back at home.

Alongside the snap, as Britney Spears' hit song "Oops I did it again" can be heard playing in the background, she wrote: "…A few weeks later…"

This means that Natalie will have Irish twins - a pair of siblings born less than 12 months apart.

Tagging her partner in the caption, the shocked mum, whose second baby is due in September, meaning they'll be 11 months apart, penned: "Don't think you need your swimmers checking anytime soon love.

"Feel free to follow to share this crazy journey with us."

In a second video, she shares an adorable video of her daughter and explains: "People may call us crazy for having two children so close together…but the love I have for this child is indescribable.

"And to be given the opportunity to experience this love twice in one lifetime is an absolute blessing…

"I can't wait to watch my babies grow up together and be inseparable…

"Being a mother is my greatest achievement and I'm so truly blessed to be given this opportunity twice.

"I don't expect it to be easy…but I know it'll be worth it…"

It wasn't long before the post went viral, garnering a whopping 277k views and several comments from gobsmacked social media users.

"Will they be in the same year at school?" asked one.

Natalie replied: "If baby comes 10 days early then yes."

A second commented: "Didn’t even know that was possible."

A third penned: "I got pregnant when my son was 3 months old, when I tell you it really does take that 1 time - due in 4 weeks."

Natalie responded: "Literally 1 time!! Congratulations!"

Meanwhile, a fourth noted: "2&1 year old and baby due in 15 days."
