Watch the moment Maya Jama brutally mocks Love Island’s Trey over recoupling speech
MAYA Jama left fans in stitches as she brutally mocked Trey Norman during his recoupling speech.
In dramatic scenes, the Islanders finally make a decision on who they wanted to be with after the sister villa twist was introduced on Sunday evening.
Jess White was coupled up with Trey before Casa, but quickly realised there wasn't a spark.
She got to know Casa boy Hugo Godfroy and returned to the main villa with him, while Trey recoupled with blonde beauty Ellie Jackson.
Trey justified his decision for ditching Jess for Ellie by repeatedly saying they were in the "embryonic stage", meaning they were in the early stages.
But host Maya was quick to pick up on the terminology and joked: "That's different, we've not had that before in a recoupling."

The term relates to the stage during prenatal development in which the developing baby is known as an embryo.
Many were left in hysterics at the moment, with one posting a string of laughing emojis and said: "Trey, Jess and Maya are funny cause what was that?"
A second posted: "Why does he keep saying embryonic, just say it was in the early stages."
A third added: "Maya laughing at Trey there with his recoupling speech."
But it was one Islander that fans were left heartbroken for.
Prior to Casa Amor, Ayo Odukoya and Mimii Ngulube had decided to couple up and were happily getting to know each other.
But Ayo's head was instantly turned by newcomer Jessica Spencer.
When decision time came, Ayo opted to recouple with Casa Amor's Jessica.
The pair had grown extremely close over the few days they'd had together and even shared a kiss on the terrace.
Mimii, on the other hand, chose to stay loyal to Ayo - only to find herself single in the villa.
Taking to X, viewers shared their thoughts over the upsetting moment, which left Mimii heartbroken.
One wrote: "@Ofcom imma need you to investigate what Ayo just did to Mimii on #LoveIsland."
Another raged: "If Ayo gives Mimii any attitude at all it's time to burn that villa down! Where's that link for ofcom complaints #loveIsland."
