Too Hot To Handle’s Francesca Farago gives birth to twins with actor Jesse Sullivan and reveals first adorable pics
TOO Hot To Handle's Francesca Farago and her fiancé Jesse Sullivan have welcomed twins into the world and shared a first glimpse of the adorable babies.
The babies are the couple’s first children together, while Jesse, who is transgender, already has a 16-year-old son named Arlo.
Only Fans model Francesca, 31, and Jesse, 34, used a sperm donor and IVF, and announced the gender of their twins back in July.
TikTok sensation Jesse announced the exciting news at the couple’s baby shower.
In a video of the big moment, he told their loved ones that they were expecting a boy and a girl.
He shared: “I didn’t gather you all around just to tell you how much I love this woman.

“I know you’re really here to know what babies we are having!”
Francesca looked tearful as Jesse went on: “So we are so happy to announce that we are welcoming a son and a daughter.”
After giving birth Francesca revealed she was in some pain and shared her "plan of care," which included "clear liquids, bedrest, breast feeding, pumping' and a 'lactation consult."
She also gushed over her newborns, saying they were the spitting image of Jesse's son Arlo.
Jesse documented the day their babies were born on Snapchat.
He said they were in Starbucks when a nurse told them Farago’s C-section was taking place "in 20 minutes."
Francesca went through IVF with her partner Jesse and the couple announced their pregnancy in a TikTok video.
“AHH IM PREGNANT. We wanted to take this special day to celebrate this amazing milestone with all of you," they said.
“We’ve brought you with us through the loss, so we couldn’t wait to bring you along for the win. We are excited to be growing our family with Arlo as the coolest older sibling!”
She later rattled off a list of baby names in a video on TikTok that was viewed millions of times.
She said: “I love week names and I love month names, so I love Sunday and I love Monday, but I feel like they’re too popular as they’re rising.
“I also really really love November as a name and I love October as a first name or a middle name. I’ve always loved Rocket as a name, Rocky for short.”
Other names that made the list include, Afternoon, Stone, Prosper, Darling, Odyssey and Alchemy.”
Francesa ended the film by asking fans for their suggestions and the viewers didn’t hold back.
One said: “How about Toe Fungus, Tofu for short?”
Another said: “These are like, not names.”
