We investigated a screening method using only serum hormone levels and AI (artificial intelligence) predictive analysis based on 3,662 patients’ data. The AUC for the AI prediction model was about 74%. Using the AI model, the predicted and actual results for NOA (non-obstructive azoospermia) were 100% matched. We believe that it has potential in screening for male infertility by healthcare professionals other than reproductive specialists and will benefit male infertility patients.
