Panicked Donald Trump supporters reveal horror after ‘gunshots’ rang out at rally as they screamed in terror

HORRIFIED eye witnesses have revealed the terror that broke out after it appeared shots were fired at a Donald Trump rally on Saturday afternoon.

Trump was rushed from the stage with blood over his ear after Secret Service pushed him to the ground when the "popping" sounds went off.

One eye witnesses told Fox News that Trump appeared to be fine as he was taken from stage despite the blood on his face.

Another said he asked the Secret Service to "let me get my shoes" before he was taken away.

Pennsylvania State candidate David McCormick told Fox that another person in the crowd was also injured and that there was a lot of blood.

He said that it appeared some of the alleged shots came from the left side of the president as he was facing the crowd and than someone behind him, he believes was a man, was hit.

The candidate said others in the crowd quickly rushed around the administer first aid.

McCormick alleged that at least seven shots were fired one after the other.

He added that he believed it was a small calibre firearm but he could not be certain if it was just one gun or two.

A Trump spokesperson said in a statement shortly after that the president was "fine" after the shocking event.
