I’m a traveller and here’s six things I don’t allow in my home at Christmas – leftover food is a big no-no for starters
A WOMAN has revealed the six things that she doesn’t allow in her home at Christmas.
Suzy, a gypsy woman, explained that not only is leftover food an absolute no-no for starters, but she also shared that she would never have Christmas decorations in her kitchen, or festive bedding on her bed.
Not only this, but Suzy shared her thoughts on fake snow and window stickers - and many could agree.
Posting on social media, Suzy said: “Things I don't do at Christmas, and it's just my personal opinion, so if you do them, you know, it's up to you.”
Not only is Suzy not a fan of Christmas decorations on the ceiling, but she also can’t stand Christmas bedding, as she shared: “Christmas decorations on the ceiling. Don't like it. It drives me insane.
“I tried it last year and, oh, my god, my brain was all over the shop. I can't stick it.

“Christmas bedding. This looks lovely in other people's homes. I can't bear it.
“I don't know why. I just never felt the need to do it. But it's lovely if you wanna decorate, you know, your kids room for Christmas, but it's just not something I do.”
Suzy also explained why she wouldn’t have decorations in her kitchen, as she continued: “Christmas decorations in a kitchen. Now, I see loads of people on here and they've got the most beautiful Christmas decorations, their kitchens are decorated from top to bottom, and it looks beautiful.
“But for me and my brain, I just wouldn't be able to deal with stuff everywhere.
“I don't know why, I just have a weird thing about my kitchen. I like it set out a certain way with certain things, and I couldn't have all this crazy Christmas all through the kitchen.
“I just couldn't hack it. I don't know why. I think I have a problem.”
Suzy then shared her thoughts on leftover food, as she claimed: “Leftovers. Leftover Christmas dinner especially. Roast dinners, Chinese, whatever is, I have a thing with leftovers.
“But for Christmas dinner, I have to get rid of it. I can't have it lying about the place.
“And it stinks. All them vegetables and that. They stink. They all gotta go.
“I can't have leftovers the next day. Are you finished? Yeah. Okay. Bin it. Especially the vegetables. The vegetables absolutely stink.”
If that wasn’t enough, Suzy then revealed that window stickers and fake snow will be nowhere to be seen in her home this month.
She concluded: “Window stickers. I can't stick them. Honestly, I can't. I hate them.
“I really, really hate window stickers. Especially the jelly ones.
“Fake snow. I don't allow fake snow in my home. We tried fake snow last year and it was a nightmare.
“Nightmare to get off the windows, all over the windowsill. Never again.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @cuzinsuzy92 just 23 hours ago, has clearly left many stunned, as it has quickly amassed a whopping 185,400 views.
Social media users were keen to agree with Suzy and many took to the comments to express this.
At the same time, many revealed the things that they can’t stand in their home at Christmas time.
One person said: “Tinsel for me I can’t stand it.”
Another added: “Hate anything with glitter on.”
A third commented: “I don’t do Christmas bedding either. All I have up is the tree, that’s it.”
Someone else wrote: “Thank god someone is on the same level as me. I can't stand any of that either.”
Meanwhile, another agreed: “I am like you with the food though, can't do leftovers!”
