A WOMAN who enjoys the simple life has shared her trick to get ample coverage without wearing a bra.
She said her "hipple hack" is perfect for her fellow girlies who prefer to go braless.
Wellness enthusiast Tasha (@rooted_essentials_ohio) prefers to "navigate life with less toxins," according to her TikTok bio.
In a video on the platform, she shared a trick to cover your nipples when you don't want to wear a bra.
"I don't care to comply with societal norms, but sometimes you need a lil coverage," she wrote in the video caption.

The content creator kept her style simple in a gray tank top and black leggings that accentuated her shape.
As a visual example, she first held up two foam bra pads.
She then placed them one by one on each of her breasts underneath the tank.
Tasha adjusted each boob before she turned to the side to show her audience the finished look.
The comment section was filled with diverse opinions about the fashion hack.

Tasha replied: "It probably depends for some people but I don't have much issue as long as I'm not doing a lot of bending down/ jumping. It's more for short durations."
