Laura Vaughn’s MAFS diary: Adam and Polly are childish and Luke’s hiding something – this series has been unhealthy

MARRIED At First Sight's final vows was giving pantomime but in the best possible way last night.

We saw two couples stay together and two couples leave... so there were no real surprises there.

We had Lacey and Nathan, they are very gorgeous and very lovely - and they decided to stay together.

Sacha and Ross... I really worry about Sacha sometimes, she's been quite a reactive girl.

I haven't been her biggest fan through this series, but I did think it was a beautiful moment and learn sign language for the entirety of her vows, that was such a gorgeous thing to do.

I do worry about how she gets so emotional so quickly, the way she cries is very visceral.

More on MAFS

It was really unfortunate she started to cry before she'd let him finish his vows, he was saying that he was going to move to Walsall for her...

But it doesn't last long for them if rumours are to be believed.

Now the other two couples definitely brought the drama.

If you are as obsessed as Married At First Sight as I am, you need to keep reading, as I've got some thoughts…

Amy and Luke

Now this is where it all goes down hill..

Amy turning up in a black dress... they actually floated this idea for me last season and I didn't feel comfortable doing it.

I felt like it would ruin it for the viewers, a black dress would give that away.

I kind of feel that is what happened with Amy.

Amy is getting a lot of heat, I spoke to her last night and her final vows were so similar to mine, but a lot worse.

When she said 'You've shown me what I don't want in a relationship', that was cut straight from my vows.

I know the heat she will be getting.

She owned her decision, there's definitely something going on with Luke that we're not seeing. I found it with Arthur as well.

A lot of Arthur's worst behaviours were removed because not all of them can be shown on camera. You only see a snippet of what's going on.

I think we've seen that with Luke as well.

It might come across as a surprise with how savage they were, but I know Amy and if you read between the lines, it's very clear she did what she had to do.

A lot of the cast are backing Amy as well.

I think that adds to the fact there is more going on with Luke's behaviour that we can see.

The way she has owned it and signed off her Instagram post with corpse bride - it's exactly what you want from reality TV.

Adam and Polly

I can't believe Adam and Polly had the most childish argument at final vows.

It is the moment you say them and you just leave.

The problem with these two, they are similar, they dislike things about the other person that are so prevalent in themselves.

We see Adam walk off and not even deliver his vows, so we can assume he was going to write leave anyway.

Then Polly is like 'this isn't done!' It is done. Leave it. It's done. Why are you so set on continuing the argument, you've ended your marriage, leave.

It's giving desperation for drama and I checked out of this a long time ago.

Adam also kept saying that they only had sex three times and that is very immature and disgusting.

We shouldn't be bringing that up in public, it's unconformable.

Tonight's episode

Hannah walks in and I'm going to guess with Ryan, then we see Polly pour her wine over Adam.

It's going to be spicy.

It does make me wonder how they're going to top the drama for next year because this has been a lot.

It's been unhealthy at times, it's been a good series, but I'm sad it's coming to an end.

But I also feel like I need to have therapy because I've been exposed to this level or drama.
