Major beauty retailer slashes bestselling Giorgio Armani perfume from £97 to £57

BEAUTY retailers have been slashing prices on gifts ahead of Mother's Day, including some impressive deals on perfumes.

Giorgio Armani's Si perfume is one of the discounted buys, and the bestselling eau de parfum has been reduced by 41%.

The Armani Si Passionate Eclat Perfume usually costs £97 for a 50ml bottle, but it's currently down to £57 in the Lookfantastic sale.

Described as a floral rose fragrance, the scent has notes of blackcurrant accord, white musks and vanilla.

Armani has five scents in its Si collection, including the original Si eau de parfum which launched back in 2013.

The fruity fragrance features the same stylish pebble lid, while the discounted eclat version comes in a bold ruby red bottle.

The Eclat perfume has received glowing reviews online, with a rating of 4.7-out-of-5 from shoppers.

One beauty fan wrote: "A lovely fragrance, it's soft but elegant, perfect for everyday use and lasts so long."

While I'm yet to try the scent for myself, it's described online to have an "addictive, sensual quality."

Perfume is a great gift choice for Mother's Day if you're stuck on what to buy, particularly with the £40 off saving.

Beauty boxes are another option for mum's that love make-up and skincare, as the discounted bundles are ideal for trying out new products.

Marks & Spencer recently launched a £55 bundle worth £130, with cult brands including Color Wow and Clinique.

Boots also launched its own version, which caused mass-sell outs in less than two weeks.

One step ahead, Lookfantastic launched a beauty box for Easter last week, and the £60 Beauty Egg is worth £205.

The bundle is packaged inside an egg-shaped storage box, with seven beauty products from Mekik8, Elemis and Color Wow.

It's unclear how long the Armani Si perfume will be on sale for, but the 49% off discount will make a great treat for Mother's Day or for yourself.
