Luke Littler hits astonishing TRIPLE DOUBLE checkout as he looks to finish top of Premier League Darts

LUKE LITTLER hit an incredible triple double 20 during his clash against Peter Wright.

The 17-year-old came into night 16 in Sheffield with some starting to doubt his ability.

However, he proved them wrong as he showed off some of his best skills.

After a back-and-forth opening set of legs, Littler's class started to show against the Scot.

In the fifth leg, Littler produced his moment of magic as he checked out from 120.

The Nuke hit all three of his darts into the double top to send the crowd into raptures.

And fans on social media were just as impressed.

One posted: "Stop that Luke Littler."

A second wrote: "Pure filth."

A third commented: "He knows how good he is."

Wright had won the opening leg, but Littler was quickly level as he won the second.

The Scot hit back in the third with two double tops in order to lead the match 2-1.

Littler persisted and dominated the fourth leg by hitting a key 180 before finishing with a double 10.

Littler completed the win as he wrapped it up 6-4.

The result means that Littler will finish at the top of the Premier League Darts table at his first-ever attempt.
