A WOMAN has revealed that her 50-year-old mother has a two-step secret trick that she swears by for youthful, wrinkle-free skin.

Aylen Park, a content creator based in Los Angeles, recently took to social media to share how her mother stays looking so young.
She said: “Here is my 50 year old mum’s go-to steaming and pore cleansing routine for clear and glowy skin.”
According to Aylen, her mum swears by steaming and clay masks, to ensure her skin looks and feels fresh.
The duo demonstrated Aylen’s mum’s skincare routine, as Aylen explained: “I asked my 50-year-old mum to share her skincare secrets to have the most flawless and clear skin.

“So here's part one of the series - her steaming and pore cleansing routine.
“The first part is steaming the face.
“We love to use face towels dipped in hot water. Just make sure the water is not too hot.
“The reason my mum and I love steaming our face is that steaming helps loosen up the build up in the dirt in all your pores, and it makes it so much easier to do a deeper cleanse later on.
“After five to 10 minutes, we're gonna go in with the clay mask.”
Aylen then explained that her beauty-loving mum likes to use the Caudalie instant detox mask, as well as the Innisfree US super volcanic clay mask.
The skincare lover added: “Clay mask after steaming is the ultimate combo for clear skin.
“A clay mask absorbs all the excess oil and dirt from the skin.
“And now that you loosened up your pores after steaming your face, you can really get into those pores and unclog them.
“We do this steaming and clay mask routine about once a week or once every two weeks, and our skin is always so clear that week.
“After the mask is dried up, you can just rinse it off and just watch your face feel the clearest it's ever felt.”
