Lenny Yoro injury update
Erik ten Hag has described summer signing Leny Yoro as "one of the biggest assets in European football" as the defender continues on his road to recovery.
Speaking to Sky Sports about Yoro's injury, Ten Hag said: "This is one of the reasons why we signed him, he's very mature and has a great personality. He is dealing with it [the injury], looking forward and being bright," said Ten Hag.
"He is being positive. He's already started his rehab. There is a fire burning there and as I've said, for his age he is very mature. He won't get distracted and he knows what he wants.
"He knows what he wants to go and I'm sure he'll be returning as soon as possible and will be supportive of the team winning games and trophies.
"You [the players] need heart and you need head, both traits are very important, so we need both things right to form a team and in a team you need different skillsets, but personality, mentality and character are very important to construct a winning team."
Latest on Lindelof future
Victor Lindelof could stay at Man Utd this summer despite interest from Fiorentina and Atletico Madrid, according to Fabrizio Romano.
He told the United Stand: “Lindelof is not desperate to leave Manchester United. It has to be for a big opportunity, big, big club.
“He was on the list of Atletico Madrid, Inter, and several others clubs [last year], and Man United never wanted to let him go, and Erik ten Hag always wanted to keep him in the squad.
“Now Lindelof, with one year left on his contract is not going to accept something that is not 100 per cent what he really wants, otherwise in January he can agree to sign with any club in the world.
“This is why Lindelof will take his time, not desperate to leave, unless there is a good opportunity at an important club.
“I don’t think 100 per cent Lindelof will leave Manchester United.”
Sancho's future remains in doubt
Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho is being monitored by a number of clubs, according to Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth.
However Paris Saint-Germain have cooled their interest following the signing of Desire Doue.
While Borussia Dortmund and Juventus were unable to match United's asking price.
Man Utd to miss out on midfielder
Fulham are set to beat Man Utd to the signing of Burnley star Sander Berge.
United switched their focus to Berge after moving on from Manuel Ugarte and the midfielder was believed to be keen on the switch.
But Fulham are now set to land the Norwegian in a transfer worth £20million plus £5m in add-ons.
