THIS Morning star Josie Gibson revealed she's had a stomach-churning beauty treatment that is helping her stave off the ageing process.

The popular TV star has just turned 39 and was inundated with well-wishes from fans.

As she thanked them for their love and support Josie admitted her primary focus this year is herself.

With the looming presence of the 40 milestone at the back of her mind, she's doing what she can to remain youthful.

This includes blood tests and even a salmon sperm treatment to tighten the skin on her face.

While many of her followers, including her famous friends, were left baffled by unusual treatment, the process is meant to herald impressive results.

It is claimed to boost collagen and help with skin issues like acne, pigmentation and red veins. It even has an A-list fan in the form of Jennifer Aniston.

The sperm is administered by injection over the course of two or three sessions and costs around £300.

Glowing in a homemade video, Josie said of turning 39: "I'm still trying to fake it til I make it. Let's see how much I can fake it this year."

She also wrote: "Thank you so much guys!!!! This year is all about investing in myself. I've already had my bloods done with @gcbioscienceslt I have a lot of work to do to get my health on peak.

"I've also had a Salmon sperm treatment with @drwassimtaktouk I will document it for you tomorrow as I had it done a few days ago.

"It's very subtle but has made a big difference under my eyes. I will share all my self investments as I'm not shy in admitting I love a bit of help. Thank you for the love here's to an incredible year stolen by time."

I'm A Celebrity's Danielle Harold commented: "Happy birthday my gorgeous girl love you lots."

Josie recently confirmed her future on This Morning amid speculation she might be leaving.

She wrote on Instagram: "Alreeet lovers, kust to confirm, I have not left @thismorning I keep getting asked why I've left, so I thought it's easier to clear up the rumour mill on here.

"I am eternally grateful for all your love and support and I can not thank you enough."

In fact, we revealed that she is set to get a 50 percent pay rise as part of the upcoming This Morning reshuffle which will see her get more screen time.

Josie has had talks to feature more prominently and regularly — which means a bumper new pay packet.
