I’m 47 and my husband’s 33 – we rarely notice the age difference, I call him ‘old man’ because he can’t keep up with me
A MARRIED couple with over a decade between them have proudly proclaimed their love.
They said the age gap doesn't bother them and they even poke fun at the relationship.
Michelle and Ryan (@hersaltykisses) filmed themselves setting the record straight in a video on TikTok.
They proudly owned their 15-year age gap, calling each other "best friends."
Michelle described her relationship with Ryan as the "greatest adventures of [her] life."
She also said: "I feel loved and cherished every day."
The pair met when Michelle was 39 years old and Ryan was 24 years old, detailing the growth in another video.
The pair were first friends for two years before dating for six years and finally tying the knot this year said the age gap doesn't mean much.
"Can’t believe I will be 50 before my husband even turns 40 years old," she said.
"Honestly we don’t even notice the age difference between us most days.
"There may be an 80s reference here and there that he may not get lol, but for the most part he is much more mature than I am.
"I always call him my old man and he’s trying to keep up with me half of the time.
"Bless him for making all of this content with his older wife. I’m a lucky woman," she added.
The video drew in many viewers who shared their support for the love birds.
"My husband is 15 years younger than me, been married 21 years," one wrote.
"Looking same age," another added. "I will keep being a cougar this gives me hope."
A third commented: "10 years age difference for us. Been together for 24 years, married 20 years. Living my best life with a younger man."
"Y’all age is perfect, nothing wrong with the age difference," yet another said.

"Very inspiring. Thank you so much for sharing with us. So happy for you guys," Michelle and Ryan replied.
