Not only this, but she claimed that cutting costs is key - so you’ll need to switch your internet provider and check your phone settings to get started.

Posting on social media, Tiffany shared her advice for those looking to save money and pay back debts

In a part-one video, she explained that she managed to pay back her debt, without giving up anything that she loves to do.

She said: “I paid off $10,000 [£7,800] worth of credit card debt in 10 months and finally sat down and wrote all the steps that I took to get there.

“There are 10 things that I have written down that really helped me get to this point.

“And the very first thing is - you need to change your mindset. You need to change the way that you think about money, the way you talk about money, the things you spend your money on.

“‘I can't afford it’, or, ‘that's too expensive’. It does not belong in your mouth anymore. Instead, you can say, ‘money flows to me, I'm abundant’.

“These might sound absolutely crazy, but it's a simple mindset shift. You need to attract more money. You need to feel worthy of money.”

Not only this, but she explained why you need to stop using your credit card, as she added: “Stop using the credit cards and stop buying things that you do not need.

“Not buying the little things that don't matter, down the line, it's going to allow you to make much bigger purchases that actually mean something to you. And you'll actually get the use out of.

“Once you've mastered the mindset, you stop buying the things that you don't actually need, that frees up a lot of money, and that will allow us to get to part two.”

In a part-two clip, Tiffany continued: “You need to know your numbers. I know it's scary. You have to go through your credit cards and actually calculate how much money you owe so you know your goal number.

“While you're there, look through all the charges that are coming through. I bet you have recurring charges that you don't even remember or know what they are. We cancel them.

“Now you have your big number of how much you need to work towards to pay off.

“Next, write down your monthly payment by the due date. If you owe $100 [£78] to this credit card on the 1st, that's gonna be at the top of your list. And so on and so forth. That way, when we go to create your budget, you know exactly when and how you're going to pay that.”

Not only this, but Tiffany then shared a third clip, with more advice on how to pay off debts.

She revealed: “The simple answer to paying off your debt is cutting costs and earning more money.

“Game changing for me was switching internet providers, cancelling cable and switching to Hulu and calling my car insurance company and lowering the payment.

“Also, go through the subscriptions on your phone - on an iPhone you just have to go to settings, click your name where the Apple ID is and then scroll to subscriptions.

“I bet you, there will be a whole list of things that have monthly payments. Cancel if you’re not using them. Just take action, anything counts.”

If that wasn’t enough, in a part-four video, Tiffany shared the importance of budgeting.

She claimed: “We need to create a budget. Open up Excel, put the dates you get paid, and then break down under the dates, every bill that comes out by the due date.”

The TikTok clips, which were posted under the username @tiffaustine, have left open-mouthed.

Social media users were impressed with Tiffany’s savings and her ability to pay off her debts, which many took to the comments to express.

One person said: “Congratulations!! This is amazing! Mindset is e v e r y t h i n g.”

Another added: “This!!!!”
