STUART PEARCE has welcomed his return to talkSPORT after a health scare - and couldn't have chosen a bigger game.
The ex-England defender, 62, looked delighted to announce he was "back on commentary!" for the Three Lions' opening World Cup qualifier against Albania.
Pearce revealed earlier this month he had a medical emergency on a flight back from Las Vegas.
The pundit described having chest pains, with doctors needing to "stick a tube" down his throat and "reboot" his heart".
TalkSPORT posted a clip of Pearce at Wembley as he explained he was "really looking forward to the game" - Thomas Tuchel's first in charge of England.
The former West Ham star added: "New manager in post, hopefully a high-octane performance by England, a victory to get us off and running in this campaign."
