My wedding dress was £35 from Shein and it looked absolutely beautiful – it was perfect for my big day on the beach
MANY women spend hundreds, if not thousands of pounds on their perfect wedding dress.
After all, you’d hope to get married just once, and it’s meant to be the most important day of your life, so you want to look and feel amazing, right?
The majority of brides will head out to their local bridal shop to try on a bunch of different gowns and on average, couples spend around £1,400 on wedding dresses.
But one woman wanted to keep the costs of her big day down, so took the risk and bought her wedding dress from online bargain retailer, Shein.
Qui, a woman from Dallas, Texas, explained that her backless wedding dress was just £35 - yes, you heard that correctly.
The beauty and fashion fan took to social media to show off her stunning gown, leaving many open-mouthed.

In the short clip, we saw Qui pose in her dress on the beach, as she said: “This dress was absolutely beautiful.
“It was the perfect beach wedding dress under $50 [£39.80].
“If you're looking for a beautiful bridal/wedding dress for less than this dress is AMAZING.”
The show-stopper dress, which came in a pristine white colour, had backless detailing and a flattering plunging neckline.
Not only this, but it also had thin and feminine straps, as well as a long tail.
Although originally the frock was not advertised as a dress for nuptials, the outfit looked perfect and was a great affordable alternative.
The ruched detail floor length slip dress is currently on sale for just £35.49.
Sizes range from a size 6 to a size 18 and it doesn’t only come in white - there’s six other colours to choose from too.
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @lifeofqui, has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly amassed 12,600 views.
Social media users were left stunned at the gorgeous gown and many were eager to express this in the comments.
One person said: “Love it!”
Another added: “I love this dress.”
