Skipper knows why he stayed
Speaking with Sky Sports, van Dijk was feeling all the emotions with this experience:
It is something special that we love to have. This is the most beautiful club in the world and I think we all deserve this. We have got to enjoy the next couple of weeks. I was desperate to do this for all the fans around the world. It is a great achievement.
