One rich lady living in Dubai does not share the same money worries as the rest of us and spent an extortionate £90 on a single bunch of grapes.

Dalila Laaribi shared her expensive purchase via a video posted to her TikTok channel @dalilalaaribi, where she often posts insights into her luxurious life in the UAE.

In the video, she can be seen lounging on a roof terrace in an ornate gold and purple dress, holding the grapes up for viewers to see.

The luxury property consultant said: "Since I couldn't buy the most expensive penthouse in Dubai, I decided to buy the most expensive grapes in the world."

Dalila said that the grapes cost 428 UAE Dirhams, which is about £91.

"I don't even want to eat them", Dalila said as she marvelled at the tiny fruits.

The video is sure to have left many open mouthed as it racked up an impressive 7.7 million views.

In a second video, Dalia gave the grapes a taste test.

"Let's see if it's worth it", she said, before picking one grape off the bunch.

"It smells like Chanel", she joked, before chopping the grape in half and placing one half in her mouth.

"It's like the caviar of the caviar of the fruits", she said.

As she bit into the grape, a bizarre montage of animals, trees and plants appeared on the screen, alongside some dramatic music to suggest that the grapes had transported Dalila to heaven

"These are amazing and are totally worth it", she said, "It's time to sell some more penthouses so I can afford my grapes".

TikTok users raced to the videos comments section to share their thoughts on Dalila's pricey snack.

One user said: "I can't even afford normal grapes."

Another user added: "People starving and living poverty while you buy $120 grapes just to flaunt on social media. Your soul is ugly."
