Leeds ‘considering replacing manager Daniel Farke’ mere HOURS after promotion to Premier League confirmed

LEEDS are considering sacking manager Daniel Farke.

The German led the Whites to promotion to the Premier League over the Easter weekend, sparking wild celebrations.

But club chiefs hold reservations over whether Farke is the man to lead them when they return to the top flight.

That has led to other candidates being looked at, although Leeds are yet to make a final decision.

Those at the club are aware it would be a bold decision to sack Farke given his success - particularly as they could receive backlash from fans.

Supporters sang Farke's name as they celebrated promotion outside Elland Road on Monday, with the 48-year-old soaking up the applause and adoration.

Farke led Leeds to promotion and could hit 100 points - bouncing back from last season's play-off final defeat in style.

But there are concerns over his record in the Premier League, having twice taken Norwich down.

In his first top-flight season the Canaries finished bottom with 21 points, and he was sacked in early November the second time around, with his side on five points after 11 matches.
