RUBEN AMORIM admits he and his Manchester United players are all fighting for their jobs between now and the end of the season.
The Red Devils are currently sat in 13th place in the table – the same place they were when the Portuguese coach took over in November.
They decided not to bring in a new forward in the winter window – despite letting both Marcus Rashford and Antony leave on loan.
Amorim was asked if there was a chance England forward Rashford could return once his loan spell with Aston Villa finishes.
He said: “Like we said before, we are fighting for our jobs until the summer. So I am just focused on these games.
“Thankfully about Marcus, he is in Birmingham now with Unai Emery, so you can take these questions to another coach. We are just focused on our players.”

United were linked with moves for Mathys Tel and Christopher Nkunku on deadline day but neither of them arrived.
Amorim knows he has taken a gamble by continuing with a group of players who have struggled in his 13 Prem games in charge – which have resulted in seven defeats.
He said: “I look at the team and I understood my decision of changing everything in the middle of the season without new signings - it is a danger for a coach.
“But since day one, with good results or bad results I have a clear idea of what I want to do and I take these risks.

“I have a clear idea of what I want to do and I take these risks because in the end I think it’s going to pay off in the end.
“But I’m not naive, I said that many times, this is a sport of results and we are in a difficult situation.”
United have lost five of their last six Prem matches at Old Trafford and are at home again on Friday night – against Leicester in the FA Cup.
Amorim added: “I think is a moment that is hard to turn things around in just a few games, it’s going to be like that, really hard until the end of the season.
“Then we are taking that risk that you talk about, because we want a different thing in our team and different profiles, that is my area, so it was my decision to do that.”
To compound his problems, Amorim has lost defenders Lisandro Martinez and Luke Shaw to injuries this week.
Martinez will miss the rest of the season with a cruciate ligament problem while Shaw has suffered a minor setback just as he was returning from a hamstring.
The United boss said: “Licha is a difficult situation, he’s going to be out for a while, we don’t know the extent of the injury but it’s going to take time.
“Luke has one small issue in a different area from the last injury, so we try to be careful with him.”
