Aldi launches ‘gorgeous’ glass ornament for the garden that doubles as a solar light – and shoppers are racing to bag it

SHOPPERS have been racing to a leading supermarket to snap upa "gorgeous" glass ornament that will make your garden look magical.

Weather experts have predicted that temperatures could hit 22C across parts of the country over the coming days.

Bargain hunters are going wild for Aldi's adorable Solar Fairy House in the middle aisles

Priced at £9.99, supermarket bosses say the cheap buy will "bring some magic to your garden and lighten up the way".

It comes in three styles, a Bluebell Fairy House, Oak Tree Fairy House and Mushroom Fairy house, and has colour changing or white LED.

The glass colours will look beautiful by day, and then lit up at night on your patio or flower border.

To compliment the fairy houses, there's also a £6.99 Solar Crackle Glass Ornament up for grabs - gonk, cat or fairy

One delighted shopper shared her find on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group, which boasts 2.6million members, as she gushed: "Solar glass garden ornaments spotted at ALDI."

Somebody else, immediately responded: "They are gorgeous."

A third cried: "I really want the mushroom house for my little girl but it's sold out in all of the Aldi's near me."

"They’re gorggg", wrote another person.

A fifth said: "Love the fairy house that’s cute as!"

Meanwhile, a sixth wrote: "Ooh I need these!"

Elsewhere, shoppers are going wild for a £15 bear plant stand in the B&M - and it doubles as a garden table.

The B&M team promise that the bargain buy "will make a stunning addition to your garden".

Other shoppers have even insisted that the stand will look cute indoors.
