We found a 74-year-old car with low mileage hidden in a barn – it still runs and has a unique feature
THIS CLASSIC car was found abandoned in a barn with only 27,000 miles on the clock - and it still runs.
The 1949 Nash 600 was found by car detailing company WD Detailing, who quickly realised that it still worked so decided to bring it back to its former glory.
The classic car was made just under 75 years ago and came equipped with a three-speed overdrive and a unibody instead of a frame.
What's even more unique is the seats can be folded down and turned into a bed.
When the car was first released in 1949 the bed feature was popular because it came with a mattress and bedding, so drivers could rest when travelling.
It was also used as a way to camp, drivers could set up in any pretty spot they found and call it home for the night.

In the video, the car can be seen covered in a thick layer of dust and looks unlikely to have any life left in it.
But the car's owner, Brett, knew a quick trick to get the car starting again.
He can be seen kneeling and blowing into the fuel tank to push the fuel through the car and prime it - allowing it to start.
They drive off in the vehicle and begin restoring it, showing a complete deep clean of the motor and making it look brand new.
They also had to completely strip the inside of the vehicle as the smell was so bad they could not even go near it for long.
Comments quickly mounted up on the video, with over 3,000 people throwing in their thoughts on the classic car.
One person, wrote: "What's wrong with today's car designers, just see this beauty and imagine modern equipment and tech in it, It would be perfection."
While a second wrote: "Any chance the Nash will be for sale? I used to have one and always regretted selling it."
And a third added: "How are old cars so gorgeous compared to the new ones."
But they're not the only people to find an abandoned classic car recently.
This classic Ford Capri was found in a run-down garage and left to rot for 40 years. It is currently for sale on eBay but ends in two days, with the most recent bid at £2,550.
