Ignore the detractors, she says because plus-size people are just as worthy.

Grace Hegley's (@gracehegley) positive attitude has given hope to her fans.

One was moved to comment after seeing her post.

"Your videos make me feel so much more confident about my bigger self.”

Grace has 175,000 followers on her TikTok where she describes herself as “your body positivity big sis.”

Before the body shamers rear their ugly heads, she makes something very clear on her platform. It is a “no judgement zone.”

In her post, she wore a pair of candy pink sweat pants and a figure-hugging black T-shirt.

Her blonde, touselled hair, hung loose around her shoulders.

“Just a reminder that you’re just as worthy with a bigger belly,” she said.

She was not afraid to get her belly out for all the world to see.

“Keep slaying queens," she said. “Day by day, step by step, speak kindly to yourself.”

One commenter couldn't agree more with her sentiments.

“Perfectly true. We are all beautiful no matter what shape or size."

Another person was working on it: “I need your confidence girl.”

But this person loved a curvy body: “Bigger the belly the better.”

And there could be no doubting this person's feelings: “A belly is a sexy curve to have.”
