Savvy M&S shoppers are sharing all the goodies they’ve nabbed for free so far this month including perfume and even food

LET'S face it, there's no feeling that quite compares to nabbing yourself a freebie.

So it's little surprise shoppers have been rushing online to show off the goodies they've managed to win on M&S' '12 days of Christmas.'

The fun app game gives the public a chance to win a different gift for the first 12 days of December.

Ivett Duda took to money-saving Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK and posted a snap of the Plum Blossom eau de parfum from Autograph, which features a "soft floral bouquet with tones of fruit and pink pepper for extra sparkle."

Alongside an image of the receipt, which confirmed the fragrance, which is usually priced at £10, was a total freebie, she penned: "I got it from M&S app advent calendar,"

And shoppers love the scent - and have left several five star reviews online.

"Do like the plum blossom nice light smell not to heavy for day and it does last so all round winner," praised one.

Another noted: "Gorgeous smell, needed something fresh for my hand bag for out and about, this is perfect and smells a lot pricey than it it.

"If you like fresh and floral but not too in your face then this is the one to try."

And Ivett isn't the only shopper to have got lucky with the M&S freebies, as Claire Townshend also rushing online to show off hers.

Alongside an image of a Percy Pig Christmas decoration, she wrote: "My free gift from Marks and Spencers, 12 days of Christmas advent calendar."

The post garnered quite the response, with many hoping they too will be lucky enough to win a free perfume.

"Very lucky," praised one.

A second asked: "Oh fab did you get too choose which perfume?"

Another lucky winner named Sue replied: "Yes you do. I collected my perfume yesterday and the lively lady working on that department told me what they were all similar to."

Elsewhere, others rushed to the comments section to share the freebies they've managed to nab so far.

"I got a free room spray," wrote one.

A second penned: "I was lucky and had an Apothecary lip balm."

A third commented: "I got a free hand cream."

Meanwhile, a fourth noted: "I've had free hand cream, 20% off slippers, 20% off nightwear, 20% off Christmas homeware & decorations, 20% off biscuit cartons, 20% off Christmas cake & panettone & 20% off Christmas jumpers! phew!! super grateful!"

A further added: "I got the room spray and they ran out so they gave me a different one."

Amongst some of the other freebies people managed to win includes bread, pastry and mince pies.
