‘I’m howling!’ gasp The Apprentice fans at fired candidate’s response to sacking dubbed ‘best exit in show’s history’
FANS of The Apprentice have been left in fits of laughter after hearing a fired candidate's response to being sacked - which some have called the best exit in the show's history.
Paul Bowen, 34, went on the show in an attempt to get funding for his family pie business.
Unfortunately he quickly found himself eliminated from the show after a disastrous attempt to flog chocolate mini-cheesecakes to fruit and veg advocates, Innocent Drinks.
The Scot held his hands up to making a mistake by pushing the sweet tarts in a meeting with the rest of his team.
While Lord Sugar admired his self awareness, he stated: "There were simply too many mistakes and so it is with regret Paul, you’re fired."
Paul seemed unphased by being the second candidate to be axed from the competition.

His simple response to the business tycoon was: "Fair enough mate."
The entrepreneur then stood up and gracefully exited the boardroom.
Fans of The Apprentice went wild over his reaction, taking to social media to share their thoughts.
One person gushed: "Think that's the best leave from anyone in my time watching the show."
Another agreed: "You've got to admire someone who gets fired by @Lord_Sugar and turns around and says 'Fair enough mate'."
A third giggled: "'You're fired!' 'Fair enough mate. Thank you very much. Cheers Mate!' I am howling."
Yet another boasted: "Now that's what you call an exit."
In an interview with the Sun, Paul shared that he felt Lord Sugar didn't understand his Scottish sense of humour, which ended up being detrimental to his business pitch.
He said: "You know, I am a funny, comedy guy and I like to have fun.
"All my decisions were business-based decisions but chat - I love a laugh!"
"You know, being from up North and being down South, there is some different humour there.
"I don't think he [Lord Sugar] quite got my humour but I just kept on trying and trying."
