Speaking to The Sun's TV Mag, Robson grinned as he said: “I’d love Jerome as a guest on Weekend Escapes.
“I’m always in contact with him and recently I said: ‘How’s things?’ and he sent me a picture of him and Harrison Ford working together, so maybe next series!"
He reflected on their music career and went on to admit that whilst it is unlikely to be revived, it is still keeping him in the money.
Robson said: "I’ve hung my microphone up - I think the highlight of our singing was when we stopped, but I keep getting very nice cheques coming in from sales in Japan [laughs]."
Over the last 15 years, Robson has turned his hand to presenting with an increased focus on programmes about hidden corners of Britain and the history of rural areas.
Having worked across both ITV and Channel 5 for many years, he has spent the last 12 months with BBC Two for his show Weekend Escapes.
Visiting different areas along the Northern coast, each episode he is joined by a different famous face to accompany him on the perfect weekend escape.
Denise Welch, Olly Smith and Kevin Whately are among the names to have cropped up on the show.
