EASTENDERS legend Lorraine Stanley has shared with fans her impressive five stone weight lost in dramatic new pictures.
The much-loved actress departed her hugely popular role as Karen Taylor on the BBC soap EastEnders last year but briefly returned for a cameo earlier this year.
Although known for her gobby character, Lorraine has been undergoing a stark body transformation behind the scenes.
In new before and after pictures, the actress looked incredible as she opened up about shedding the pounds.
Revealing that she had dropped a whopping five stone in just 12 months, Lorraine implied she had never felt better.
In the first photo, Lorraine wore a long black top and a wide-brimmed hat.

In a stark contrast, the TV favourite appeared noticeably slimmer as she rocked a stunning black mini-dress to flaunt her new figure.
The LBD did wonders for her curves as she looked a completely different woman in the stunning snap as she flashed her toned pins for all her followers to see.
Lorraine wrote: "What a difference a year makes.
"Five stone down, feeling good, clean living, healthy choices, new me, healthy mummy."
She later thanked her personal trainer for helping to whip her up into phenomenal shape.
The actress has been on the hunt for new roles since her departure from EastEnders.
Following her exit, she revealed that she had already begun auditions and "self-tapes" in order to secure more work.
The star shared a photo of a makeshift 'audition room' in her loft where she had been preparing to record self-taped audition videos for brand new roles.
Expressing a difficulty at working with technical equipment, she told fans how Zack Morris, who played her on-screen son Keegan on the show and is now leading the cast of Disney+'s major US hit Goosebumps, offered up his advice on how best to create an authentic setting.
The actress told her followers that she was being "highly critical" as she "struggled" with having to try out for new jobs after a long time of working on one project.
Lorraine said at the time: "I'll get there, it's a struggle watching yourself back & not being highly critical on yourself... just let it go & send it."
