EASTENDERS have officially ruled out two characters from the hotly-anticipated Christmas Day murder.
Viewers have been on tenterhooks all year after it was confirmed by the BBC that one Walford man would be meeting a grisly end at the helm of The Six women.
Sharon Watts, Kathy Beale, Stacey Slater, Denise Fox, Linda Carter and Suki Panesar make up the six women who will find themselves implicated in the murder of one Albert Square male.
While speculation has been rife throughout the year as to who it could be we now know for sure that two residents are safe after spoilers for the show give away that they will be very much on the Square in the New Year.
Both Felix Baker and Denzel Danes will not be victims of The Six as they gear up for new storylines at the beginning of 2024 - becoming the only male characters to be ruled out.
EastEnders have remained coy about stories for the first month of the year as to not give away which characters will be affected by the Christmas Day murder however it is now clear that neither Felix or Denzel will find themselves implicated.

This is unlikely to be a shock to fans given that they are more minor characters who have little to no interaction with the members of The Six.
As a teenager, Denzel has had a few stories throughout the year invovling his relationship with Amy Mitchell and his dealings with Denise and Jack Branning but with that largely settled, it seemed unlikely that he could be the victim.
Equally, Felix has largely remained a background character but has been there to support friends in times of need.
This year, EastEnders will air their Christmas Day episode at 9:45pm for an hour in order to make sure no one misses out on the action and the grand reveal.
The aftermath will continue with an extended Boxing Day episode to chronicle the fallout.
Many names still remain in the fold with Nish Panesar, Ravi Gulati, Rocky Cotton, Phil Mitchell and Theo Hawthorne appearing as likely candidates.
Some fans have also speculated that Ian Beale, Martin Fowler, Keany Taylor and Jack Branning could meet a nasty end with all of the men having a link to the women.
In February of this year, the story kicked off with a flash forward which saw the moments the women realised that the mystery man was dead.
Ever since, clues have been dropped throughout the year as well as a week of episodes devoted to each of The Six to tease their involvement in the murder.
