She was rushed to hospital but later died from her injuries. The baby is safe and was not harmed.
In the aftermath, police launched a manhunt to search for a suspect.
A 25-year-old man has now been arrested on suspicion of murder.
The man, from Oldham, was arrested in the early hours of this morning, over 100 miles away in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
A 23-year-old man was also arrested in Cheshire on suspicion of assisting an offender, previously in the investigation.
Due to police having contact with the victim prior to her death, West Yorkshire Police has referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
