I’ve got my kids so many presents they cover an entire room – people say ‘donate them’, I worked hard… why should I?
A MUM has hit back after mean trolls insisted she should 'donate' the massive pile of Christmas gifts she got for her children.
Growing up, most of us would've done anything to wake up on Christmas Day to see a room full of carefully wrapped presents - and this year, one mum, Rachael L., has made the dream come true for her kids.
Rather than forking out a massive sum in one go, the savvy mum had already started the festive shopping way before most of us did, slowly gathering bits from sales throughout the year.
In total, the chuffed mum proudly shared in a video posted on TikTok, there were about FIFTEEN gifts for each of her three kids, which was enough to fully cover one room.
Some of these, Rachael added in the caption, would be saved for later, as the children approach their birthday.
Amongst the monster pile of cut-price goodies were plushies, a number of toys, a number of balls and even a few boxes of Pokemon and Lego treats, all waiting to go under the Christmas tree.

In fact, the room was so full, Rachael added it took her a whopping five hours to sort out what's what and go through the presents, some of which were sent to her to review.
However, whilst her kids may definitely be happy receiving their toys, people online were less than impressed, as hundreds raced to slam the mum.
''Why, one or two gifts will do,'' a stunned social media user penned.
Meanwhile, others even urged Rachael to gift it for those less fortunate, with one writing: ''donate some of it.''
Some also said that this wasn't the reality for many cash-strapped families, as a mum revealed: ''must be nice I can't even get my babies anything.''
After being trolled on the platform, the mum also posted another clip where she claimed that the original video was ''meant to be a bit of fun''.

''It wasn't recorded to brag or show off like some people have decided to comment.
''I am not one of those people who is rich or has lots of money, or spends lots of money,'' she added in the clip.
Hitting back at the meanies, Rachael explained that her kids are ''social media influencers'' who regularly get sent ''lots of toys to review''.
The mum, who described herself as ''savvy'', added that she will give the new toy for one of her kids to review - but will gift it to another.
''I may use my oldest son for something that I may want to give to my youngest son and that way from September onwards I am saving up things that have been sent to us to be able to use for Christmas.''
That being said, Rachael admitted she still bought presents - whether that meant snapping up goodies on the Prime Day sale or bargain deals in January.
''Some of that pile for my daughter where it looks huge - it's like £1 colouring books, a pack of crayons, a pack of slime.
''It's not excessively priced products.''
She went on to add: ''I don't like the idea of the mad panic right before Christmas [...] so I am glad I spread the costs and I started shopping in January,
''I just wanted to say sorry if I insulted you and thank you for everyone who has been nice.''
