I’m a size 16 and love getting sassy with people who stare at me in a bikini – my defiant move always makes them cave
SHE used to be self-conscious about showing off her bikini body - but a curvy mom was now ready to bare it all.
The swimsuit wearer learned that her love handles just meant that there was more to love about her.
And she wasn't going to let the haters ruin her day - or her confidence.
"How I used to act when people stared at me in a bikini versus what I do now," said Lauren Edge (@itslaurenedge).
Wearing the two-piece swimsuit, she showed how her first instinct used to be to turn around and cover up with a long-sleeve shirt to hide her size 16 body.
She might have shied away from stares in the past, but Lauren was now ready to live her best life - and that included showing off every part of her.
"I stare back at them to make them feel as uncomfortable as they've tried to make me. They always look away," she explained.
This time, instead of hiding away, she proudly stood up in her floral bikini by the brand Elomi.
Now she was really giving them a reason to stare.
The much more confident Lauren ran her fingers through her hair.
"Or I do this depending on how sassy I'm feeling," she said.
She made this defiant move that always made them cave: jiggling her stomach rolls and putting her hand out as if to show she no longer cared what people thought of her body shape.
"I can't stand people who stare," she explained.
One follower was certainly looking at Lauren - but for a different reason.
"Me staring in awe and admiration," she said.
Another viewer also had her own take on the staring scenario.
"Nah they are staring because you are gorgeous! Then you make that face at them and slap your stomach."
"It’s rude to stare don’t you know," Lauren replied back.
She was also a big fan of her $76 Elomi savaneta style bikini that she proudly flaunted.
The brand was founded to offer styles for the fuller-figured community.
Her bikini featured non-padded underwired cups to give a rounded and uplifted shape.

The swimsuit was also described as offering adjustable coverage at the center to give the option of choosing between a straight or sweetheart neckline.
"So supportive, comfortable, and extremely flattering," wrote another pleased purchaser.
