The Gentlemen lands series two on Netflix as streamer reveals three big name cast set to return
THE Gentlemen has been handed a second series by Netflix bosses as the cast is unveiled.
Execs at the streaming giant have officially green-lit the next instalment after months of waiting for fans.
The series, which was created by Guy Ritchie, gained a cult audience when it dropped on Netflix in March.
It starred Vinnie Jones, Theo James, Kaya Scodelario and Daniel Ings as Theo's character Eddie unexpectedly inherited his father's country estate.
However, he was left unaware that it was home to an underground cannabis empire.
After being sucked into the vicious world of crime, viewers watched as Theo got a taste for it all towards the end of the series, working with Susie Glass.

Confirming its recommission, Netflix bosses revealed eight new episodes are on the way.
Filming is set to kick off next year, meaning fans will have a long wait to see what's next for Eddie and his family.
Theo James, Kaya Scodelario and Daniel Ings have all signed back up for the show, while Vinnie Jones' future is in doubt.
Alongside the recommission news, Netflix shared a clip with fans showing a massive billboard depicting a cannabis joint burning.
The sign - which has been erected in London - simply says: "The Gentlemen season two, only on Netflix."
During series one's first month on the platform it clocked up a staggering 44 million viewers.
The Sun previously revealed how plans were in place for Guy Ritchie to write another series.
