Hong Kong police arrest 3 over mishandling unconscious man later declared dead

Hong Kong police have arrested three suspects over the mishandling of an unconscious man who was later declared dead after being dumped outside an industrial building in Kowloon.

The force was contacted after a passer-by discovered the unconscious man lying in a trolley at a parking entrance for the Merit Industrial Centre on To Kwa Wan’s To Kwa Wan Road at around 3.35pm on Sunday.

The force said the man, believed to be in his 20s, had been covered with a blanket and smelled of alcohol.
