Sam gave fans a glimpse into their stay, which was full of glitz and glamour.

"33 (champagne glass emoji) thank you for the best birthday @paulknightley", she wrote in the comment section.

The staff at the five-star hotel had left birthday cards and balloons in their bedroom, as well as a delicious chocolate cake.

They'd even put a framed photo of Sam and Paul beside a vase of freshly-cut winter blooms.

The couple treated themselves to a spa day, where they looked very loved up.

After a day of relaxation and pampering, they got all glammed up for a swanky dinner which was followed by a firework display for New Year's Eve.

They also wrapped up warm and took a stroll in a London park, where Sam went make-up-free.

Her sister Billie commented: "Gorgeous" with a heart and twinkle emoji.

"Gorgeous babe❤️ hope you have had the best birthday," a fan wrote.

"Such lovely genuine people," a third added.

This trip comes after her sister Billie was accused of 'flaunting her wealth' after she shared a video from her holiday in October.

She and the family jetted off to a luxurious location to "surprise the kids".

In the clip, her children Paul, seven, Rosie, five and 16-month-old Edward were seen beaming with excitement as they were reunited with their cousins on holiday.

Alongside the clip, Billie wrote: "Me and Sam decided to surprise the kids on holiday.

"Their reactions were priceless.

"Memories we will truly cherish forever.

"The way Paul and Arthur look at each other (they were in complete shock).

"I have watched this video over and over again. I love you all so much our beautiful babies."

But not all fans were impressed and claimed the pair were "bragging" about their fortune.

One wrote: "Bragging about your wealth as always."

Another posted: "You seem to forget and not think about those who can not afford to do what you can do for your family."

A third added: "I am not hating but it’s sickening when all you do is flaunt your life off on social media and get paid to promote brands that you don’t even use or would never entertain but because they pay you money to endorse their products and make out you use them, you just do it because they pay you money."

But some fans were delighted with the content.

One wrote: "Omg my heart. Family is what it’s all about. What beautiful souls they have to have that much love for each other. Love this. You’re smashing it ladies. Super Mamas (and Daddy’s)."

Another said: "Sisters and cousins born of sisters are gifts and relationships that no others will ever understand….. the love knows no bounds. Enjoy your holiday."

It comes just two months after Billie was holiday-shamed after jetting off to the island of Halkadiki with husband Greg Shepherd and their three children.

One commented on her holiday post: "Still have enough holidays surely that's worth all the 'hard work'."

Another said: "I’ve enjoyed watching them over the years but when they try to relate to the rest of us, it’s painful to see because they can’t relate at all."
